Welcome to Iconic Academy, an elite course created exclusively for lash artists by lash artists. Our Academy was designed and perfected over 3 years with a heavy focus on those who are looking to further their education and build a profitable lash career/business. We have broken down all aspects of lashing and marketing in our multiple courses and workshops to prepare you for real life situations in the lash room with clients and to help you grow not only as a lash artist but also as a business person. By the end of your course / workshop you will be equipped with the knowledge and understanding of the art of lashing that will allow you to create flawless lash sets and step into any lash room with confidence in your skills. In all of our courses we will pair theory lessons with hands-on training to transform you into a well-rounded artist and transform your lash business into a profitable lash brand. Each course and workshop include ongoing support and access to the Iconic graduates chat which is a support group that will link you with local, likeminded artists.

Sandra Guarriello

With 5 certifications specialized in classic, volume, Russian volume and mega volume semi-permanent eyelash extensions under her belt, Sandra Guarriello is dedicated to the continued education of not only herself but of local lash artists as well. In 2018, driven by her love of lashing, Sandra and her husband Nicholas decided to open Iconic Lash Lounge. Since then Sandra has received notable awards including being voted "Best Eyelash Technician" in the 2020 edition of Westchester Magazine's Best of Westchester and being voted as one of the top 21 under 30 entrepreneurs in Westchester County in 914 INC Magazine's 2020 Wunderkind Awards. Her passion for the art of lashing has opened the doors to her love of educating artists which she fulfills through Iconic Academy. Sandra believes in an open book approach to teaching bringing everything she can to the table for her students. Her mission is to build a community of local supportive lash artists.

Nicholas Guarriello

Nicholas Guarriello has mastered the art of branding, marketing and PR with notable achievements throughout his career including a 2020 Wunderkinds award, a 2022 Best Of Westchester Award for (Social Media Influencer) and multiple publications in magazines such as Eyelash Magazine, Westchester Magazine, Lash Inc magazine and more. Nicholas’s love of creating eye catching content began while working over 10 years in the motion pictures industry. Since then he has nurtured his interest in photography and film through multiple courses and workshops. He has grow brands in multiple industries - booked over 3500 clients and has built the biggest lash extension brand in Westchester County. Let’s take your brand to the next level!
